60mm plastic crystal

Does anyone know where could I get a 60 mm slightly domed plastic crystal for a slava stopwatch? Or a hen's teeth?

If there is a chance then I will detail the crystal profile.

Hi Bogdan,

The only place that comes to mind and might not even be convenient because of shipping, etc is Borel...They do custom crystals.

de carle's   book on watchmaking  has a chapter on  crystal  shapes ( with their proper names).  even thought its on  pocket watches,  it will help you when you call  one of  these  "watch part suppliers".    then there is  "  over size  diameters"  so there will be a "press fit'  for  domed   plastic  crystals.   good  luck,   vinn  ps  don't  forget to ask for a " factory  original"

I managed to find someone to CNC them. It worked. It's not perfect, but it serves its purpose

wow! very nice! that crystal was machined? it looks perfect.

A disc was cut from a piece of 1.5 mm thick plexiglass board using cnc. The disc is flat but under the preasure from the bazel it becomes a little dome.
