Hi there,

Can anybody identify this little watch movement and what the name on the dial says? (It's at least 65 years old)

There appears to be a number 4 joined up to a capital W, just under the balance wheel.

I bought this watch for my dear ol' mum when I was very young and would like to get it working again.

The winding stem was snapped off (Flush with the case) many years ago and, I'm guessing, will be all but impossible to replace.

Anyway, here's hoping!

Thanks.

Len.

Sorry can't answer your question? But where are the rest of the jewels? i see 4 on this side. So there must be 11 on the dial side?

The movement in unusual having the ratchet on the dial side, but I don't think is from a known maker.
