Staking Set Hammer?

What kind of hammer should i use at  my punches in the staking set? Is a brass hammer better or a Nylon hammer? 

Have a little 4 oz steel hammer now . But that i use for many different things?

I use one of these Roger. The interchangeable heads are very useful, I always use the beasts head when using stakes.
