Help Identifying This Movement

Can anyone identify this for me please. Hoping to find a new stem, crown and if possible a second hand.

Just to confirm that the numbers are 187, but I have no idea what the mark beside it refers to.

Thank you that's great. I have tried looking for the parts from cousins using that number and it comes back with none of those parts available. I have also tried the stem number listed by Ranfft and it does not find anything. Old Swiss Watches appear to have some parts but they are in India.

Hands are at least ordinary size 150/90  022 second maybe harder to find? Check windingstems.com  out for the stem?

Oldswissparts are really okay . Takes 10-14 days maybe but never had any problem with Mr Sudarson.
