I do not see the purpose of the holes extending into case. Pins from a screwback opener will catch the edge of the holes. -

No...They would line up for a double pin opener but the pins would have to be .5mm or less -

I think snap back, if screw on, very difficult to make the holes line up. Are they screw holes. -
😳OMG men I thought you were kidding- You’ve been duped by a bot! Rolex used those blue screws on the automatic movement to distinguish them from the plate screws. I can’t talk you off the ledge but a few minutes watching some 31xx service videos or look up the part number for the automatic mechanism screws yourself should help…
