Sweep Second Hands Silver 027?

Where to find a sweep second hand in 0,27 or 027? A normal one without lume. Search cousinsuk and ofrei and some other places.They only have 0,25 or 025 as there biggest.  It's for a Tissot 2100 watch ? Looking something like this?

025 hands i have. Good tips with the micro drill. Need a steady hand with those .

Have one of these left . To bad it wasn't  027 . But it can work?

so, a broach is basically a ream? but just how large can you go in the case of a second hand? wouldn't oversizing it cause the tube to disintegrate if opened up?

The answer to your first question regarding horology is yes.

The answer to your second question. Only if you really over did the reaming process by a huge margin.

In the case of your second hand you are only needing to remove very little material, so the tube should be just fine.
