As a fix you may have to use a 0.8mm flat blade and put a chamfer on either side so the tip is then about 0.4mm

Thanks for the quick reply. The picture says 1.2mm. That seems way too big. I’ll try filing down my cheap .8 to see how that works.

That's the diameter of the shaft.

Finally got a diamond file, filed down the .8mm and it worked like a charm!
