I've always had an interest in watches and started collecting Pocket Watches when I was about 11 years old. I have about a dozen of them mostly from relatives who have passed on over the years. I am now very close to retirement from a 45+ years long career in IT have always wanted to get these watches of mine running again. While I enjoy sailing, some days that just can't happen for whatever reason, so I've decided to finally learn how to get my collection of watches in running order. Or at least attempt to.

Glad to be joining the group and look forward to learning from everyone.
