I would have thought from your suppliers. You will have to let them know the screw size on the stem.

It will be sort of hollowed out so it fits over the top and almost down to the bow. Have a look at some images on Google you will see what I mean.

I have some medium to large size silver onion crowns. Would need to know the outside diameter of the pendant tube and the threaded stem diameter. If one of mine fits its yours as a gift. There are also many available on eBay but again you need these sizes.

Many thanks for the offer on the pocket watch crown mate, the pendent tube outside diameter is 7mm & the thread size is 1.85/1.90mm in diameter because the shaft diameter is 2.0mm the only problem I've got now is I need a replacement stem now? After looking closer at the stem there's thread missing off it! The stem measures 15mm in length minus the bit of thread which would be in the other crown which was missing when I bought the pocket watch, I've taken a picture for you if you could help me identify the new stem I require mate, cheers

Here is the best that I can find, but I have sent by PM an alternative solution assuming that your watch has a negative setting system. If I am wrong  than this one could be OK.
