Rubbed in jewels

I have in my possession a mature pocket watch.  When it was given to me I was informed that it had been dropped and no longer functioned.  Upon dismantling it it was readily apparent why if failed to function, the jewel in the balance cock had disintegrated.  The balance cock has a "rubbed in " setting.  I cannot find the requisite tools and process to re-install a new jewel, can anyone point me in the right direction.  I have tried the usual suspects, (Cousins, Walsh and Essingler) but to no effect.
