57 long jeans mystery

Yes I rather enjoy that and no I'm not making fun of the spelling. I use dictation software otherwise my spelling would be well I basically wouldn't be here without dictation software. Yes my dictation software would suck at spelling that which leads to frustrations but I know where I can look to find the correct spelling.

Ideally we need pictures and the movement number.

In the meantime looking on eBay I swiped some pictures just to see if from the same page

Now the next problem I'm having is model number in other words I looked up lawn genes yes that's how my dictation software does it and I'm not finding anything with 57 for instance for the image I swiped up above here is its watch

The center wheel keeps falling out so I bought a parts movement

In addition to photograph so we know exactly what we're dealing with background history would be helpful like set of wheels typically don't fall other watches so may be applied to elaborate so we can grasp the situation better.

    • Thinking of natural substance isn't anthrax natural? Okay true it's been enhanced by people for chemical warfare but at its base is a natural product? One of the problems with natural is that perception is it's harmless. In other words if it wasn't harmless you have to go to a doctor get a prescription it come with cautions warnings and typically natural does not. So the perception would be natural can be harmless where unfortunately that is wishful thinking. Often times dosage strength of natural can vary. We really should break this discussion up in the three categories? Categories like stuff from pharmaceutical companies. Natural products that people take as a substitute or replacement for a pharmaceutical product. Then the natural feel-good products that are probably for the most part harmless.
    • Very diplomatic Richard, I'm on the side of dropping a very controversial subject 🙂
    • I agree entirely Richard. Most drugs are initially extracted from plants. An infusion made from brewed malted barley and hops makes me feel great. And  a brewed barley distillate even better 🤣
    • This thread is going to split options, I'm on the pharmaceutical side.  Some drugs are artificial, some are extracted from nature and improved and/ or refined.  I can't see any issue with the thyme tea if it makes you feel better.
    • Hi Transporter, thanks for responding. I finally got a chance to look at the spring thing properly and I have found some 0.2mm brass wire listed as 'Brass wire (Bare) Art and crafts Hobbies Jewellery Models Armature Floristry UK' on ebay. Would that be suitable or does it need to be a specific type of wire?
