Hi, I'm a 56yr Auld Scotsman who's had a watch on his wrist every day since 10 but had an real affinity for about 30yrs. In all that time I have never tinkered with the guts of the machine, it long overdue that I did. 

Pleased to be here and looking forward to learning something new.
