It doesn't look to have any capability to print out details of a result. I can't quite make out the analog scale, going tk ask the seller for a closer picture. It turns on but thats the only information the seller has provided.

no print out just an analog meter and probably transistors. it reminds me of a timing machine that Greiner made.

Thanks for the input guys, seller never got back to me regarding extra info so thats always a good sign that something is amiss.  It was cheap at only around £40 that might have been an interesting useful addition to my appliance collection. But more likely a waste of cash. This is another example in a museum collection
