I realise a little bit more every day how much of a dog the Yema Meangraf that I bought is. It really is a mongrel of bits and pieces with only the dial, case and bezel being original.

I'm trying to find replacement hands and the originals, which I know I won't get, were a plain lumed hand. The ones currently on the watch appear to come from a different Yema model. I also don't think that the minute hand is the correct diameter as it is very tight to put on.

So, I'm looking for a minute and hour hand but can't seem to find a hour hand in the correct diameter. The movement is a Jeambrun 26D and Ranfft shows the hand diameters as 1.40 x 0.90 x 0.20mm. Finding a minute hand is not a problem, it's the hour hand. On Cousins the hour hands jump from 1.2 to 1.5.

Any other sources you can recommend?

For reference, the originals looked like this.
