Cyma movement 459

Recently,  I was repairing a cyma watch.  The spring holding the jewel on the balance bridge end was broken and I changed the balance assembly to another one from a similar 459 movement .   However, to my surprise,  the watch was faster by the hours, not minutes.

When I put it on the time grapher,  I realise that the fequency is 25,500  instead of the normal 18,800  for such a movement.

I had no clue as to why the frequency went so high.  Is it due to the hair spring touching somewhere ?  If not, what are the possible reason ?

Thanks

Sticking or the coil fouling itself and though rare but having wrong hairspring on the balance wheel, or wrong wheel fitted on the staff.

Thanks for your reply.  I will check it.   Most probably it is the hair spring touching at one point .
