Citizen parts interchangeability - Homer Second Setting 0911

Hello All and greetings from Hobart, Tasmania -

This is a question for those familiar with Citizen movements.  I’m repairing/restoring a Citizen Homer Second Setting (Japan Railway Watch) cal 0911 and require a replacement setting lever spring #445.  Is this part interchangeable with any other Citizen calibers? Individual parts for the 0911 are hard to find and I wonder if I can substitute a part from a more available Citizen calibre?  I can’t find any information online to answer this question.  Perhaps someone out there knows?

Spareparts.com might also have new or used setting lever.
