16s movement in 17s case

I can not find a Reliance 17s movement.  Will a 16s mount in a 17s case??

We would need more information and a picture of the movement and then We would be making a guess.

At the link below you can find a sizing charts you can see the difference between the 16 And 17 size providing we are talking about American sizes here? In addition to the diameter difference a don't know after be a thickness difference? So the minimum you need some form of a movement ring providing it's only just a diameter difference.
