Swarf gobbling tool--

I bought this little mini vacuum to clean up the watchbench where the lathe sits.  I was not sure if it would gobble up all of the swarfs left from my turning, but I am quite happy with its performance.

I want to keep a tidy bench!!

I have a vac in my workshop for the clean up floor and bench. The dirty bench gets alsorts on it so needs to be cleaned up after working on it.

There are some pricey bench vacuum/compressor setups sold for use by watchmakers, but I like simple solutions like yours.

Mine is not quite as simple, but I can grab the hose and hit the footswitch easily. The only thing I'd like to do now is put the little vacuum in a box so it's not so darn noisy.
