Movement Identification Help Please

Hi All, 

Nice easy one (not for me, clearly...), could someone help me identify this movement please? Its out of a vintage Tudor, if that helps.

The stamp under the balance wheel is so tiny I honestly cannot read it even with a magnifying glass. I've tried to find an image online but can't seem to find an exact match.

We need to see the key less work a good clear photo of it please and size of the movement would be most helpful.

Thank you sir. I ended up getting my brave pants on and removing the balance so I could actually get at the stamp. The movement is an FEF 290.
