Good morning from the UK to all,

I have watched mark's Youtube until I can almost recite some by heart, and am so very grateful for all he has generously taught me. Without him and Mike of Retrowatches, I'd be nowhere. So now joining you guys is a really great experience and step forward. I only hope that some day I can help others as I have ben so ably helped.

Who am I ? Retired UK male, into watches for about 6 or 7 years now. Forced into working on them by wanting to fix an important family watch. Then started swapping straps, changing batteries, then movements and hands in a progressing story, which I'm sure is commonplace here.

I love to learn and understand, to make things better, challenge myself and do something new. The joy of eventual success is immeasurable!
