Does Anyone Have Experience With This? Good Or Bad?

I found this Rollifit Pivot Polisher on eBay Germany and thought It looked like something I needed! It has a complete Jacot tool with 3 runners as well.

Has anyone ever used these, or is it more trouble than its worth?

Oh, and I did find on eBay Germany and am bidding on a Steiner Jacot Tool that appears to be in Mint Condition. You where right about there being a number of fine Jacot tools there!
