ETA movement, should be simple ?

ETA 251.262 to be precise, I'm gonna strip it down and see if I can salvage the movement

Oh gawd, its a TAG. Where do you get the parts?

I know what you mean BL, I trawled the net for the best part of six months to collect parts for an F1 rebuild. Thanks for reminding me, I must get it put back together!

Last time I just purchased a new movement from Cousins, saved a lot of time. Unless you just want the fun of doing it :)

Mind you **BLEEP** expensive even for one from cousins. But I'd still go that route. if it got soaked & the circuit fails after you've spent the time stripping it these are now "restricted" (dear old swatch!) so you'd have put all that work in for nothing.

New movement for peice of mind IMO.

I now own this watch so now repair cost is now not an issue (so its now a project... worst case scenario ill swap it over)
