I love these. I just got my first, a 5M42 0E39 (picked up on eBay) with the grey dial. I was keen to get the original band but alas, it came with an all stainless aftermarket. Where can I get an original band? I do hear about the rubber parts are usually pretty deteriorated. If you get an original can you re-use the metal bits and add them to a new rubber strap? -
Given more time and more practice it'll become easier once you get the feel for it. -
Dimensions stated were accurate, and exactly matched that of the old crystal. Regretfully i didn't measure the final dimensions of the new crystal after i had removed material as was sanding and then testing against the case until it went in. -
So how did the dimensions stated as 30.1 x 25.3 compare with what you received and how do those figures compare with the original.
