Inner ring / dial alignment.

Hi all,

 

i have an an issue with the dial and inner ring alignment. The dot on the u/s inner ring is lined up with the notch in the case however, the click bezel and dial doesn’t seem to align correctly and I just think it’s a bit annoying. 

 

Can anyone advise.

On this model you have to open the watch. Remove the movement and dial. Press out the glass, then realign the bezel to the movement whilst the movement and dial are in the case. Then repress the glass and bezel in. Annoying I know.

But the Inner Ring actually has a dot underneath and that sits in the case notch fine. 

 

Would this not suffice?

It it would suffice, you any many other collectors would have no issue, and would need not to apply the correct solution given above.
