If that P W is white gold it should have a hall mark so can we have close up photos of it and with the back open so we can have a good look. I would do that for all of your PW's.

Would the gold be hallmarked?
Certainly in the UK in Victorian times gold wasn't hallmarked and has to be tested today to determine it's substance and purity

The septagonal watch is interesting. I have seen watches like that at shows I go to here in Texas.  They tended to made of base metal (zinc) plated with nickel and had low jewel count (cheep) movement that was also much smaller than the case. Those are the two things that will make me pass a watch up.     

You said this one is white gold. That makes it interesting.  If it also has a large caliber movement it might be very interesting. 

Photos of the movement itself my help to track down what it is and how old.
