What Is This Dang Telephone #?

This number has rung me 3 times now today but I have failed in finding out who it is.

I put the number into Google and it looks like it is Russian,  probably trying to sell you something.

When I get calls from abroad ie Italy, the number starts 0039.

00 is internatiinal and 39 is the code for Italy.

The number above doesnt seem to come from abroad but I've never seen a dialling code like that before.

Beware of scams and other rackets with "fake" or "pseudo fake" numbers. There is a trend here where people call just to hijack the receiver's number and use it for international calls and other "activities" and you get to pay the bill or worst. As a rule, I don't pick up if I don't know the caller.
