Hampden jewel change?

Need to change two or three jewels in my old Hampden gladiator. But they looked like they are rolled in. How do i do that. Need any special tools . To open and close the lip? Are they expensive?

I am not familiar with the watch in particular, but I expect the jewels are rubbed in? You need special tools to open and close the jewel setting, they can frequently be found on eBay  (people tend to mistake them for pin vices!)
