Have  a swatch watch and the battery has never been replaced it the kind tha has an indention on the back. The  use of coin or pliers dont  work as their is no movement at all trying to yurn it?

Any other tips or if i tahe to jeweler do they have any special tools to turn the cover off?

I'm not aware of any. Can you post a reference or picture?

OP: Swatch had a free battery change offer recently. Could you check with an agent if it's still active. Otherwise you need to post clear, detailed pictures of the watch.

Yes that's the battery port. If it's extremely tight you need a tool to hold the watch steady in a vice, of which there is a variety. Then turn a coin of the exact size with pliers.

Be aware that after many years the battery may have leaked, and the watch won't run. These watches are not repairable.
