My advice would be to report it back to Cousins. I have complained to them once before when they sent crowns of the wrong diameter... they checked their stock, confirmed the error, sent replacements and told me to keep the first ones they sent.

The point here is that you would also be helping someone else to avoid the same grief if this is a batch issue.

If you don’t get good support and you want a good chance of getting a replacement without the same problem then you may be better off trying another supplier like Gleaves.
