is the glass fit in the bezel or not

You need a crystal press and few more tools to replace crystals. Your is an expensive watch, consider having the work done by a professional.

As with almost all watches the glass is press fit into the case.

You'll have to remove the crown and movement first and then push the glass out from the inside. I see that there's also a chapter ring which might come out with the movement or with the glass at which point you'll have to be a bit careful.

Usually it's not required to remove the bezel.
