Seiko 4R36 01J0 - Replacement Dial

I've had my orange dial Seiko Monster for about 4 or 5 years now and I would now like to change the dial to black.  First of all, any idea where I could locate the dial, and secondly is it very difficult to change?

You would need to try placing a special order with a Seiko service center, or you can try e.g. Cousins UK. It is easy to change but for people that has never done that before, and do not have the necessary tools is better give it to a watchmaker.
