It looks like someone poked at the metal frame/bridge. Hopefully no damage was caused other than cosmetic....Otherwise a Seiko or a Miyota cheap movement would probably fit...and hopefully you don't have to change the hands...

True, Ro63rto, but he might want to remove the whole movement to re-do the seconds hand that's flopping around the dial...I think that either he is in for a bit of out of pocket money (more that the actual cost of the watch) or he might want to do it himself and the consequences for one that has never done that might be two fold! :)
