Take the dial and hands off and measure post with a micrometer to get dia then measure from post to outer edge of sub dial fot the length of hand needed and pick appropriate hand from one of many source's  at your leisure.

I'd love to take the dial off & measure the post with my calipers, I'm not sure how to remove the dial mate? [emoji15]
