Boley Staking Set.

Picked up a staking set from Boley. The punches are all over the place? Is there anywhere i can find how they should sit in the box? Maybe a manual or something like that? They where a little rusty in the upper end but otherwise in good condition. I am cleaning them with some autosol? Is that okay?
