Stem For Breitling 3300 Quartz Navitimer Hattori Y652

Ok, so have picked up a repair project quartz Navitimer. The module seems ok and I think the qaurtz movement will be fine once I can get a stem in it, I am guessing it has a hack mechanism. Currently it has no stem at all (but does have the crown)

 

Problem is, I am at a loss as to where to find the stem, or how the stem release mechanism works on this movement?

 

Any pointers would be a great help!

Search for Hattori Y652 stem? Or Pulsar?

Could be hard finding parts for seiko and pulsar movements? But now you got some tools to find the stem?
