Hi all,

My name is SJ and I live in Rotterdam, The Netehrlands. I have started watchmaking last year after first seeing many, many video's form Wristwatch Revival. I started with a Seikomatic Self dater 39 jewels from 1962 bought of Ebay and learned a lot while taking it apart, servicing, reassembling, and... spending some hours on my knees below my desk. You can't really appreciate how tiny everything is untill you do it yourself!

In the end I got the watch to run well and look good (see picture)! This proud moment made me want to continue, so now I'm buying some more wathces to fix up.

Hope to learn a lot here and help out others if I can.

Kind regards,

SJ
