Does anyone know if its possible to download the database ?

This is the link I use to access all the movements in the database, but I don't know how you would download it.

I tried going to this website a few days ago and it states that they are not accepting new members unless you get an invitation code. Are there any other sites that help you to find watch caliber numbers?

Yes Mike I still use that by selecting all, it takes a few mins to load everything up. Be nice to have it stored though in case it disappears completely.

This is the best one Melissa,  the guy who set up and owned the original passed away last year

i had a 1984 Mk 1 Astra GTE in the late 80s, still my favourite that i owned.

Always had Cavaliers and then Vectras in the past, went to Lexus for a few years.

Lexus failed it's MOT a few years back so just picked up a 2005 Vectra GSi as needed some transport.

Didn't realise till after the event that they're a very rare beast now with only 8 of the 2005 on the road.

Same here, Mk1 Cavalier had a bonnet a mile long, Mk2 Cavalier , a Vectra gas conversion and the Astra GTE , wish I'd hung on to it, worth a pretty penny today.
