Trying to find spring for Seiko 7s26A/7s36A 3rd and escape wheel

It's nothing urgent, but I'd like to practice disassembling and reassembling these springs so that I feel reasonably confident when it comes to a sharp situation. I've searched on CousinsUK but can't find the number "0015 703". I have a feeling they are available but maybe I'm doing something wrong when searching. Thanks for the assistance!

Most seiko part numbers on the Cousins site only seen to work in this format eg: 000.000 so 0015703 will be 015.703
