Hey everyone

I've always been interested in watches with much of that having to do with their machining and precision. The restoration of a watch not at it's best, cleaning it up and getting it to run as well as it can just resonates with me. This site really is great. I've been floating for a while and lately I decided to pull the trigger with the purchase of tools and a few practice watches.  I know I'll launch many screws into my carpet and I'll get stuck reassembling a watch, but that's how we learn. I'm also a sucker for specialized tools. 😄
