Issue with keyless works....

Hi all

 

I had this go in for a service (,vintage ladies rolex), its come back to me with an issue with the keyless and quite clearly not serviced. The watchmaker and I had a falling out over this and he is refusing to take it back to have a look at what's wrong so taking it into my own hands.

 

The stem pulls out when I try to set the time. The setting lever screw was fully tight too. I've taken off dial etc and seen this. The yoke spring keeps slipping under the yoke and the keyless works just dont look right to me. No wonder the stem is pulling out. 

 

I am a relatively novice watchmaker and am in need of some advice on how to sort this. It shows 1393 on the mainplate but can't find the calibre from rolex. Am a little confused.

The yoke isn't in the groove in the sliding pinion, therefore it can't lay flat.
