Need some help, a colleague at work just handed me his wife's watch a Tag quartz Chrono. I think it's a CJF1312 but I can't find any reference on Jules Borel. The problem seems to be a stripped thread on the crown/tube and I need to know the part number before I can order a replacement. Pictures below:

I'm still at work, so haven't got to the insides yet. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Offer crown HC0132 on ebay

Update: The Boley price is €29,50 + VAT

I assume that Ref. CJF1312 and Ref. CJF1314 share not only the crown but also the tube which is listed with Boley:
