I acquired this a couple of years ago when I bought a watch bench full of tools.  Until very recently, I did not realize how useful it is.  It has Dennison on the front and metric on the back.  The strength gauge is not super useful unless the spring is broken, because you cannot fit  the end into the slot unless it is a "hole" end style.
