Hello everyone, I found a watch in a drawer after more than 14 years, it is a quartz movement Morioka Tokei VD91A, or someone met such a mechanism in the past.I have no idea how to handle it, after replacing the battery beeps and the hands sometimes rotate, then stop, and that's it.

Thanks for any help.

Not had one in my hands but repaired the Tokei quartz clocks, The procedure is similar to many of the earlier quartz chrono's  like the Seiko T32B  If you dont follow the set up exactly it wont work.
