Omega Watch Crown Fitting To The Stem

Hello everyone, can you please advise how to properly fit Omega crown to the old stem? Should I cut the length go the stem and should I use some glue to fix it in plase? because it seams to me I can not to wind them, the crown continue to come back from the stem. Many thanks, Vitaly.

Many thanks Geo! The other problem I have, I can't remove the stem from the watch. I loosen the screw a little, but stem is not coming out. I have no idea why?

Is it possible to remove the dial face from this model( Superflat 1960)?There are not any screws on the side to undo it. The gold pieces does not stay in place and it is not easy to put it back when they come out. I would like to fix them with shellack like you fix the stone in one of your video.
