Omega 145.008 inner bezel pinion

Hi guys, I have an Omega Chronostop 145.008, the version with the inner rotating bezel. Although I have a new crown, I am missing the stem and gear for the rotating bezel. 

Through research I have come up with a part number for the bezel pinion stem (078ST0004) although no such luck finding the number for the pinion part. I asked a number of suppliers but came up empty.

Does anyone who has worked on one of these before have a photo of how the crown, stem and pinion for the rotating bezel is supposed to look like? I have some spare pinions from other watches with rotating bezels that I was thinking of trying to use, or barring that asking someone to make one.
