Hi There appers to be a mark and number in the half moon just below the escape wheel jewel can to post a clearer picture of it please as its indistinct when blown up  it will be the makers mark and caliber.

it would've been really nice if they had photographed it with a size reference? Otherwise we can look in the bestfit book to see if anything matches the setting parts but I'm not going go through every single size guessing.

The other definite clue would be the balance protection system is not Incabloc?

I have had a look on the bestfit anbd nothing so far,  the shock system is reminicient of a duofix spring but not certain. the quality of the plates and finish , could be Russian,  Have a look ar Dr Ranfft and do a bit of prospecting.   Its difficult not knowing the size of the movement and no marks other than 2838 probably the cal number.

Hi  Judging from your pictures regarding the plates rtc  and the setting lever assy and the disassemby of the chinese 2813  I would say that the plates are indeed of chinese origin and the setting lever assy is of the same type so I suppose we may assume that they are from a  chinese 2838.   (ETA clone),  Information and tech sheets are all but non existant for the chinese  movements .   Nice detective work there   well done you
