So everything points to the 20208 being correct. Is this what yours looks like and how does it compare to the original. Photos as always help a lot.

Hmm, well, using the faceplate and boring with the slide rest is I would guess an order of magnitude more accurate than simply drilling or reaming. So in a watch, that makes a difference. The project I mentioned above had arbors like 0.70mm long, with large diameter parts attached, so any misalignment of the jewels would cause a large tilting error of the part. -
There's not enough information on your original post to determine the movement and what the correct spring size should be. If you're confident with your measurements then the GR6573 looks correct apart from the end termination, again, without more information I can't assist further.
