Just learning, general tinker and IT guy

Hi!

Decided I didn't want to spend $1000 on watch, so decided that spending $300 on parts and $2000 on tools and time was somehow a bargain. But still, it's extremely fun-strating.

I've made a ST2130 YM homage, a bronze NH36A 62MAS homage w/ MOP dial, about to complete a stainless version of the same, and working on an SKX RX YM homage with NH36A and heat tempered meteorite dial. Have also received my first commission from a buddy who wants my bronzo, still waiting on parts.

I've learned a lot (like get ready to sand your diver bezel inserts, how to set up a clean space, a little about cutting stems, releasing stems and resetting them), but still know nothing. If wisdom is knowing what you don't know, then no, I'm still not wise.

Thanks,

Dustin
