Oris 442 KIF movement forth wheel retained, best practice for removal?

Hi, been stripping down this Oris 442 to clean and service. But there is one part I’m wary of and not come across before. The forth wheel is attached to another wheel by something that resembles a washer (see pics). Is there a best practice for separating these parts? Or any tips or tricks?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I am not grasping the washer part of this discussion? I have a picture which came from the third link. Then the first two Links I think By showing the same problem that you have. I don't think it's a separate washer I think it's part of the wheel but I could be wrong as I can't really tell from the picture.

Thanks very much. The links you’ve provided are very helpful! Sorry washer was my crude terminology as it looks like a separate part and I didn’t have an accurate description for it. I shall now endeavour to have it apart and in the cleaner today. Cheers.
