Citizen eco-drive bn1410 face issues

Hi, I've bought a very tidy J810 bn1410 citizen very cheaply because it has an issue, the face has turned, my guess is someone has been tinkering and fluffed what they thought they were doing, I believe there are locks for the face which once released I will be able to rotate the face to the correct position without removing the hands, also I need to find the crown release which at present is eluding me. Can anyone advise?

The dial or as you call it the face is attached with dial feet. Occasionally the feet break then the dial is free to rotate.

We would really need the movement number as I don't think things are going to work out quite as simple as you think. If the dial feet are broken off it will require a new dial. If as it's a eco-drive Maybe the dial doesn't have normal feet because it has a solar panel somewhere but we would need the movement number. Then if somebody has been in the watch before you playing with it all bets are off because anyone who didn't know what they're doing probably is destroyed the watch. So will need a movement number. In the absence of a movement number I really good picture of the movement itself and maybe we can work out what the number is and how to release the stem which is what's holding the crown in place.

Hi I have managed to track down a tech sheet for the BN 1410. It may give you an insight as to whats required when removing the movement from the case, as we suspect the dial feet are broken allowing the dial itself to move.  I hope you find it informative     cheers

If you mean the attached PDF up above it goes to a PDF. If your computer is taking you on a vacation maybe it's trying to tell you something like you need a vacation. Or maybe it has a virus?

In a case we need a better number of like all the numbers off the back or photograph because we need the movement number. Then the PDF that is attached up above I don't think it's the right PDF.

Checked the PDF and it brings up the 1410 tech sheet, but untill we get the proper numbers of the movement its self its guess work.  the above was as an indication to the work involved If we are right about the broken feet.
